E.T.T.L. has been fulfilling the needs of quality conscious engineering, construction, infrastructure and allied industries by using our qualified and dedicated workforce using latest equipments with best possible services.

Quality control Laboratory management and staff of E.T.T.L are committed to provide competence, impartiality, high quality testing consistent with IS standard methods, IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, NABL guidelines, and good professional practices which fully satisfy the needs of customers.

Building confidence in our test report is our goal and we will achieve this through:

Familiarizing & implementing the policy, manual, procedure, and all supplementary documents in our regulatory work.
Complying with Standard IS methods, IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard & NABL guidelines leading to continual improvement in the effectiveness of the Management systems and technical competence.
Providing adequate knowledge, training, and tools necessary to all personnel involved in the testing activities to allow the completion of accurate and timely work.
Participating in inter laboratory, intra laboratory comparisons and proficiency testing program demonstrating consistent operation of the laboratory.

To participate in proficiency testing/inter laboratory, intra laboratory comparison or quality evaluation programs with peer laboratories and obtaining Z score in the acceptable range
To ensure that all personnel are trained to a level of familiarity with the quality management system appropriate to the individual's degree of responsibility
To ensure safe working environment for all the personnel of the laboratory
To ensure equipments required for all the testing in scope are available and are calibrated from NABL accredited calibration agency
To ensure laboratory personnel are free from any undue internal and external commercial, financial and other pressures that may adversely affect the quality of their work.
To keep customer identity confidential from testing personnel
To initiate replicate/retesting/blind testing of samples
To design a testing program to meet customer requirements
To complete the required testing and submit the report to the customer as per testing program
To initiate customer satisfaction survey through customer feedbacks
To incorporate customer suggestions which will enhance the quality of the laboratory activities
